It’s not uncommon for clients to select the cheapest building quote. A lot of builders put in a cheap quote to win the tender, only to add on a multitude of variations as the project progresses. Design changes and lack of budget review can also add to the equation. We use our experience to provide you with realistic project costings which won't dramatically increase.
